Lockboxes

Lock box installation:

Supra box - $30

Contractor box - $15

Typical turn around for lock box placement is within 1 business day.* Your lock box will be installed with the code of your choice. You will receive photo confirmation via email as soon as installation has been completed. 

Lock box removal: 

Supra - $20

Contractor lock box - $10**

Supra lock boxes will be returned to a REIN office within 1-2 business days* of removal. You will receive photo confirmation of the receipt issued for the return of the Supra box via email. Contractor lock boxes will be returned to your real estate office within 1-2 business days* of removal. If the contractor lock boxes are stored with us, you will receive photo confirmation via email that it has been removed. 

*There may be instances that result in delays, such as incorrect information and/or inclement weather. If there is a delay, you will be notified at that time.

**Contractor lock boxes picked up free of charge if picking up Supra lock box.
